The cleanliness of the room was a bit

Lacking, with noticeable dust in the corners and outdated decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us with extra towels. I also appreciated the large tv and decent Wi-Fi.

Location: the hotel was close to shops.

Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay. Affable staff, good prices, the location is comfortable just off shops. The rooms are reasonably large and quiet and the bathrooms are nice.

The front desk staff was polite and attentive.

I did not know to ask for a nonsmoking room, because there is a sign on the front that says 'No Smoking'. It smelled horrible, and the carpet was old, looking dirty and smelly. The beds were very noisy and uncomfortable, hard to get a good night's rest.

We liked staying 2 nights here. All in all, it was nice comfy base for traveling to Oak Grove. All rooms were large and neat. Its location in Oak Grove was comfy, adjacent to shops. One of the dining options, Kc Baby Back Ribs was 10 mins walk away. The restaurant was relatively near the hotel...

We didn't like the bed, it was extremely hard.

Request a room with a bathtub, as the shower may not meet everyone's safety needs.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The jacuzzi tub was a highlight-huge and really relaxing! That, the room was clean, with very comfortable beds.

The lobby had a very unpleasant odor and the Wi-Fi was disappointingly slow.

The inn has a nice pet-friendly policy, easy for my dog to join me. The staff was quite friendly, helping out when I needed extra towels. It's located close to various recreational opportunities too!

The room was clean and tidy but the exterior of the hotel was unappealing, feeling rather run-down. The breakfast left much to be desired. It was sparse with only a few donuts and some toast options, and the breakfast room needed better upkeep. The staff could have presented themselves more professionally as well, which contributed to a lackluster experience overall.

Staying here was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and bright. Even my dog was welcome with a reasonable pet fee, an easy choice for my solo trip.
